1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Lexov, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Your Content
You retain ownership of any videos you upload. By uploading, you grant Lexov a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, transform, store, and publicly display your content as part of 3D reconstructed scenes on the platform.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to upload only content you have the legal right to share. You must not upload content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or harmful. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or interfere with the platform or its infrastructure.
4. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and admin PINs. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. You are liable for all activity under your account.
5. Service Availability
Lexov is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, data preservation, or specific processing outcomes. GPU reconstruction results may vary based on input quality.
6. Content Removal
We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected users.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lexov and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
