1. What We Collect
Lexov collects only what is necessary to operate the platform. When you create an account, we collect your email address and optional display name. When you upload concert videos, those files are stored on secure cloud infrastructure for the purpose of 3D reconstruction. We also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) for security and debugging purposes.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your email is used solely for authentication and service communications. Uploaded video files are processed by our GPU pipeline to generate 3D scenes and are stored in encrypted cloud storage. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell or share it with third parties, except as required by law.
3. Cookies and Local Storage
Lexov uses browser local storage to store your authentication token. This is strictly necessary for the service to function. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or analytics scripts that report your behavior to external services.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure (D1 database and R2 object storage). Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms and are never stored in plaintext. Uploaded files are accessible only through authenticated, scoped access controls.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Uploaded videos and generated 3D scenes are retained unless you request deletion. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data and associated uploads within 30 days.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
